Here is Ms Yang reporting to you on a fire that occured on the open land in front of her house.

"It's around 4.30pm in the afternoon.
I was doing some readings in my room
when I smelt something burning
but didn't thought much about it
when my dad let out a soft exclaim.
I went out and followed him to the corridor.
He told me, "I saw a very small patch on fire.
After cooking my maggie mee, the fire had become so big."

The first fire engine came.
But we guessed it was unable to control the fire.
Smoke permeated through the air and caused blurness on the roads and surroundings.
We were wondering how come they didn't send another fire engine here
cos the fire seemed to be beyond the control of the first fire engine.
And the fire spread outwards and
the sky was really raging with big clouds of smoke
which blew in various paths with the changing direction of the wind.
We thought that the subsequent fire engines came a little too late after the first.
Should have summon 2 fire engines in the first place.
The aftermath...
Hah.. the residents wondering 'Wassup?'

My dad and I were kinda excited over this incident. Lolz
We witnessed the whole thingy.
So perhaps that's one reason why our house was filled with much smoke during the fire,
cos we were hopping in and out of the house. Arhaha..
Seriously speaking, the fire even spread to the edge of the road..
so much so that we could feel some of the heat from the blaze.
And my eyes were stinging...
my mouth covered with cloth...
Sounds exaggerating yeah? Lolzz


p.s. juz when I was typing this entry.. 2 fire engines passed by my block..
but no worries..the fire is elsewhere though.. Hope the fire that is on now will be put out soon.
