The same feeling chances upon me again.
The sense of losing direction,
the sense of losing everything.
Leaving me with no envisagement of what the future looks like.
I have always asked myself, "What am I doing? Why am I doing this?"
Everytime, it just seems to be the best possible path to take,
regardless of whether it will be valued in future.
Though the process is tedious and sometimes quite meaningless,
at the end of the day, I guess there will be a sense of achievement.
A little while more to go,
which signals a new stage of my life.
What more can I ask for? Just do my best and come what may...
***
Ever been caught in the middle?
It's a suringly 'yes'.
Always... forever...
Kinda tired of it...
It has been hovering around me ever since....
Just feeling so helpless that I can't do anything to reverse the situation.
It seems to be permanent...
Being the middleperson feels like you are being squeezed.
You've got to listen to this person, while you've got to withstand the other.
This is the little "Private & Confidential" secret within me,
that nobody knows of, not even the closest ones to me.
Ever thought of telling this to anyone?
Well... sometimes, I really hope to,
it will be good if someone can share this ongoing burden of mine,
but I just can't bring myself to say it...
perhaps... in the long road down the future,
someone is able to break through this barrier in me,
and maybe till then, I can be freed...
***
Losing everything...
I think I'm just not good enough.
Not good enough to be the person that others would like me to be.
My thoughtlessness, my stubborness,
my self-centeredness...
No matter how I tried or wished to try,
I always would fail some day...
How to compensate now?
I'll try to curb my negative thoughts and feelings...
Or maybe..
I just need some assurance first...

The Thing to Remember in the Service Industry:
Most marketing or services textbooks have the saying that
"Customer is King".
Many people in the services industry also reiterated this concept of
"Customer is King".
Nonetheless, we, the customers, don't always receive this attitude from the providers that
"We are King".
We encounter salespersons who appear to be quite pissed off when after we had tried so many items, we decided not to buy a single one.
We encounter salespersons who just don't seem to be pleased though we had only tried one or two items from the shop.
We encounter salespersons who are really so aggressive in their promoting and selling so much so that it drives away customers.
Just like how I vaguely remembered a friend of mine who told me, "I was on the verge of buying, but looking at the salesgirl's attitude, I decided not to purchase anything."
I share the same sentiment.
As customers, I guess we would like to have a pleasant shopping experience, going into the shop to look around for things that we might like. Even when we spot something we like, we have the rights to try them out first. It's like when shopping for clothes, what caught your eyes doesn't mean it fits you perfectly. On the bottomline, I don't think as customers, we are fully obliged to buy anything. Okay.. oh for those who really tried many many items from the shop, it might be a courtesy to at least get one of them but anyway, it depends on the attitude of the salesperson as well.
Do you have similar experiences? =)

Just this afternoon, I was taking a short break from my work.
I stared at the computer for a second
and wondered what day it is today.
Oh Friday...
Then this thought came to me,
"Hmm.. am I having my mid-term break now?"
I was literally thinking of that.
Oh gosh.. yesh.. it's mid-term break now .. and ending ..
Ironically, it felt like a school week to me ..
and I guess to many of you in uni ..
In fact, it's worst than a school week ..
Nearly exploded on Wednesday,
after spending two whole days typing my term paper.
Worse still, to receive the reply from the prof
and realised I might be on the wrong track...
so there I was, trying to modify and edit the supposedly 3/4 done paper.
At last, I managed to complete writing all the content yesterday,
but guess what? Exceeded the page limit by 3 pages..
Gosh...
Anyway, finished it this afternoon.
Could start on the next leg of the mid-term break race...
2 more assignments to do,
of which I had completed one just a few minutes ago.
Then the computing webby..
Seriously.. I dislike anything to do with computer technicality..
Just so frustrating doing those IT stuff,
when you just learn from scratch..
One moment this thing can't be displayed.
The next moment that thing went wrong..
Arrr..gghh..
okay... i know i'm bambling here...
Shall blog again some time later. =)
